JLC Auto Detailing LLC, doing business as Refined Rides, is a professional auto detailing company based in Clovis, New Mexico. We operate this website and booking funnel to help vehicle owners schedule detailing services.

When you fill out our booking form, text us, or visit our website, you're sharing information with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you use our booking form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Vehicle year, make, model, and condition
• Service package and add-ons selected
• Deposit and pricing information
• A payment method kept on file (we retain only the last four digits and a secure token issued by our processor — never your full card number or CVV)
• Preferred appointment date

We also automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie identifiers (see Section 6).

If you text or call us directly, we retain those communications as part of your customer record.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm and manage your detailing appointment
• Process your deposit payment
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications

Text Messages (SMS)

By submitting a booking form or texting us, you consent to receive appointment-related SMS messages from Refined Rides. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We will not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

GoHighLevel — Our CRM and communication platform. Booking data, contact records, and appointment details are stored and managed inside GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

FastPayDirect — Our payment processor. When you pay a deposit, you are redirected to FastPayDirect's secure payment page. After you book, FastPayDirect securely stores your card and keeps it on file for your remaining balance and future authorized charges. We retain only the last four digits and a secure token — never your full card number or CVV. FastPayDirect's privacy policy governs payment data.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Pixel & Conversions API — Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you visit our site or complete a booking, certain information — including hashed versions of your email address, phone number, and name, as well as browser cookie identifiers (fbp/fbc) and event data — may be transmitted to Meta. This data is used to match your activity to our ads, measure conversions, and improve ad targeting. Meta may use this information in accordance with its Data Policy. You can learn more or adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/privacy.

Legal requirements — We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Refined Rides, our customers, or others.

Business transfers — If Refined Rides is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the site and to measure advertising performance. This includes:

• The Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie (fbp) to track ad-driven visits and associate them with booking actions
• Session cookies that maintain your progress through the booking form
• Google Fonts, which may log font requests from your browser

Your Choices & Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by texting us at (575) 366-8871.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text we send.

You can limit Meta's use of your data for advertising through Meta's ad preference controls at facebook.com/privacy.

We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and will honor your preferences to the extent we are able while still fulfilling any existing appointment obligations.

Data Retention

We retain customer records — including contact information, appointment history, and communications — for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. If you request deletion, we will remove your information from active systems in accordance with applicable law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing and card storage are handled by FastPayDirect, a PCI-compliant processor. Any card kept on file is tokenized — we never store or handle your full card number or CVV.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
