Refined Rides LLC, d/b/a Refined Rides (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit refinedridesclovisnm.com or interact with our mobile-messaging program.

By using our services, you agree to the practices described below.

Program Description – By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you

authorize Refined Rides to send recurring SMS/text messages for marketing and transactional

purposes (maximum 4 messages per month).

Opt-Out / Help – Text STOP to 575-637-2339 to cancel (one confirmation SMS will follow).

Text HELP for assistance or e-mail [email protected].

Carrier Disclaimer – Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Security & Retention – SMS logs are stored on encrypted servers with restricted access and

purged in accordance with §6.

Eligibility – You must own the phone number used to enroll and be the age of majority in

your jurisdiction.

We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes

will be highlighted for at least 30 days.
